When I decided to purchase new cake pans I wanted a 3 inch deep pan because my cakes always had an overhang and I would have to trim them before icing. I researched several pans and read reviews . I decided on Wilton because I knew that they are excellent quality but they are the only ones that I looked at that are made in the USA and that was important to me. Wilton is owned by Oetker renowned for quality baking equipment. My choice was easy and I am so very pleased with my purchaseEditToday I baked a cake in my new pans and couldn't believe the difference from the type of pan I have been using for 60 yearsSince these pans are so deep my cake rose so high without and spillover. The layers are so high I could actually have split one cake and made a small two larger cakeI can't say enough good things about these pans.

Needed a pan with higher sides to make a cake that would rise up and then fall in the middle. This worked beautifully. Cleans like a dream.

I bought this to do the pot in pot dishes in my 8 quart Instant pot. Works perfectly for what I needed.

Really nice, easy to soak off and wash or clean. Do not use in the dishwasher. I made that mistake
