. I Agee about the cues but workout and instructor are so good you will not mind
Just finished the first five workouts. Thirty minutes and done. Work as hard as you can but at your own capability. Total body training and you don’t miss any area of your body. Started with a tired and hurting lower back. After the first training session it was gone. Feel strong and I believe I will be stronger in the weeks to come. I’ve had to mop up the sweat when I’ve finished.Money well spent.Charles

Good program. Recommend đź’Ş
I disagree with a lot of the reviews here...This is a very comprehensive workout that basically boils down to 3x a week Strength training MWF, and 2x cardio/mobility circuits with a core focus. Throughout Don emphasizes good form and provides great instruction. He definitely does talk throughout and you do have to keep an eye on the screen as he’ll switch while still talking; but all the workouts are written down in the accompanying booklet, so if you wanted you could do them without the video entirely. The video however is great for maintaining a moderate to fast tempo with minimal rest. The booklet has some helpful tips as well, but for results, google Don Saladino free nutrition pdf and you can get his take on meals and protein intake, which is key if you want to drop fat and gain muscle. I’ve completed 1 week, and def think coupled with good nutrition and 10k steps a day, also good water intake, I’ll make progress in a month. I also like that this doesn’t require heavy dumbbells. I’m using 20’s mostly to start, and they get heavy after 3 sets (ex superhero circuit). I’d recommend the dvds- and think at $35, it’s a bargain. Don’s challenges online cost $100/mos, and prob to train w him in person would be much more. Get in there! (Note- I could use a few less “Be mindfuls” though) 🏋️‍♀️

Men’s Heslth Superhero Video
It’s another great video by men’s health. The trainer is amazing he will lead you step by step but to me this is for Someone that has been training for a while so keep that in mind.

Can’t return easily.
Cd did not play. Then, the return required that I return it at a Kohl’s store?? Not ups like every other Amazon product return. Terribly inconvenient, still trying to have the time to get to Kohl’s 10 miles away in the next city over in heavy traffic.

Great movements
As others have stated the timing of the movements are bit difficult to follow as their aren't any audio queues. I would say if you are on the beginning of your fitness journey this a great offering. The instructor is very thorough in explanation at the point of becoming verbose. At 30 minutes the workouts almost seem too short but again great for a beginner or to use in conjunction with another regimen. Overall 3 stars is pretty good assessment.

Good workout video
The video is good quality and Don Saladino an excellent instructor. At first I thought it was easy compared to Beachbody's workouts, but I like the results and I don't feel a lot of pain in my joints. Don's pace is good but I took one star off because he don't always give clear cues when he is finish with a set or moving on to another exercise.. I like the countdown timer in the videos.

Much less than I expected
I've heard of Don Saladino and really expected this to be a decent exercise program, and it probably is if you are just starting out or haven't worked out in a long time. If you are beyond the beginning stages I could not recommend this program. For starters the guy never stops talking, and that is an obvious clue right there that this is not a very taxing program. If he can do the moves yet continue to talk normally, it's not challenging enough. As others have stated he does not provide cues when he changes exercises. Very annoying. He does not provide a warm up or cool down routine, which is not that big of a deal, I can do that on my own, but I never found the workout routines much of a challenge. When I was finished with the workout I felt like I needed more. It felt like I had gotten ready for a workout, done my warmup, then just stopped. My body was ready for the workout, but it never came. I did the program for 3 weeks to give it a fair evaluation, and I think I regressed in that time. The program did have some new moves I had never done before which I may integrate into my workouts, but all in all I was very unhappy with the program as a whole. Again, if you are just starting out it fine, but I can tell you one thing. You will not look like this guy doing this program.
