The item arrived quickly but looks and feels cheap for the amount paid!It does work, I tested it 3 times knowing I was in Ketosis. We’ll see how long it’s lasts! If you are trying the Keto diet and want to stay accountable this is better than the urine strips as they tend to false negative results once you have been in ketosis for a while.

I think for £50 the quality of the item could be much better but in terms of practically it does the job as when you are efficiently in ketosis the urine samples become ineffective and this has been a great alternative to check how I am doing.

This worked fine until a few months ago. Now it goes through the 20s start up twice. Not convinced it's giving the correct reading as it appears I and everyone I test is in Ketosis.

Seemed to make sense in the first weeks of usage, but after 2 months went totally crazy - showing results before anyone blew in it etc. In trash now.

I used this alongside my blood ketone monitor for multiple tests per day (between 2 and 4) for nearly two weeks. The two results were never the same, and even when tracked on a spreadsheet, bore no correlation to one another. (I'm a statistician by trade.) Big waste of money, don't bother. Am currently seeking a refund.

This device tells me I am in ketosis even when I don't blow into into it. The rest of the time it gives the same reading regardless of whether I have been eating carbohydrates or not. I use my alcohol meter instead - it's more reliable.
