BALITENSEN 5pcs Remote PTFE Lined V6 Throat 1.75mm Stainless Steel Barrel Heatbreak with PTFE Tube for 3D Printer V6 1.75mm Extruder Hot End

I've been using one of these in my hotend for a few days now and no jams or clogs. I tried an all metal one that came with my E3D V6 clone and I had nothing but trouble. It would clog every time even with no retraction. I decided to try these PTFE lined heatbreaks and it worked. The first one I put in and reassembled everything and forgot to level my bed. That was a big mistake because the nozzle was just a little bit closer to my bed than my other hotend and it wouldn't let the filament flow out of the nozzle. I thought it was a clog and I got frustrated and took everything apart again and reinstalled my old hotend. I noticed I had scratches on my PEI bed surface and realized my mistake. So, I put everything back together again with the new components and leveled my bed properly and no problems since. I haven't tried PETG yet but that is next on my list for today. This is a good part and seems to work well. I would buy these again.

Perfect, as described

There are quite a few of these on A that claim to fit E3D V6 but after trying quite a few of them that did not, I found these. The machining is not the best but they do fit and work. I would buy these again, good bargain for the price.

I have a E3D V6 hotend and decided to try some cheap throat tubes. To my surprise they work flawlessly and im definitely not going to be buying the ones from E3D as these work just as well.

The machining on this is poor. The ptfe tubes are not cut with a ptfe tube cutter, you can clearly tell they are just cut with a knife or something similar. This is important because the dimensions of the tube must stay consistent. When they’re cut the way mine were, you will likely end up with problems

I had to get these for my monoprice mini, the extruder motor is not strong enough to use the all aluminum one. This works perfectly and the quality is the same as my other printers.

Fits and works on my V6 clone. No problems so far.

Using this in a genuine E3D V6, have yet to have an issue with it, printing in both PLA and PETG.I can't speak to how it handles the real specialty stuff like carbon fiber, or anything else that would require extreme print temps, but if you're just using the common materials, it should work for you just fine.

Back says it's PTFE lined throat, but inside were 5 nozzles. They're not brass and they're not magnetic. I would keep them if I could use them but they have the long threads that don't fit my hotend.*UPDATE*I really need these heatbreaks, so I ordered another with the hope that getting the wrong item was a fluke. Nope, got 5 more stupid v6 steel volcano hotends. I've contacted Amazon, and they are looking into it. I would have really liked to have these before this weekend, but because of YHTech's non-existant Q.A. I will have to wait.

Like previous reviews the parts in the bag was volcano nozzles not v6 heatbreaks. Returning.
