I used it on my lower leg , under my Velcro boot after an op I cut to length and used it pulled over my toes so it saves medical boot getting sweaty , you can wash it too if required

Did what they are supposed to do.

Cheap and nasty thin material. Not recommended.

It wasn’t very big and my knees are very swollen as I have Bad rheumatoid arthritis I wouldn’t recommend it if your joints are badly swollen they aren’t very big . That’s what I found hope this is helpful.Isabel
