I fall about 3 months ago hurt my hip and been in pain ever since, to the point I could hardly walk. I have done several things to try and help the pain and stiffness ( medical and prescription drugs hated the feeling they give you and hard to work). I had to make a trip out of town and was deading the drive because I knew when I got there I would be misserable. My friend whom I was traveling with told me about the cramp bark, she has Rheumatoid arthritis and swears by this product. She ask me if I wanted to try it. I thought why not couldn't hurt. OMG with in 20 mins I was like a new person. I rode for 3 hours and was not in pain. I loved this product so much I went right into the hotel and ordered it. I didn't want to be with out it. My friend told me she had tried other brands and found the Planetary Herbals Cramp Bark Comfort to the the best. It not only helped my hip pain it has helped all those little aches and pains you get as you mature. (I am 56). Once again this drug is AMAZING. I have my husband using it now. He use to take Alive everyday now he just takes 2 cramp bark comfort tabs in the morning and he is set for the day. He too has arthritis.

I have very heavy/ painful, life-stopping periods. I am a young woman who was facing a hysterectomy, but I didn't want to take hormones or the pill because it makes me completely miserable. I also chose not to get the uterine procedure that destroys your uterine lining due to fear of possible side effects. I take these every day (2, 3x a day) and it has made my period "normal" again. Right when my period would start, I take 4 a day for 2-3 days which stimulates bleeding. It took me months to figure out what worked for me. You may need something very different. I am regular now, I can go to work and exercise through my period. I get blood work done often to make sure that my body is not having adverse effects due to this and prescribed medication. It worked for me, and for that I am grateful. I do believe that these change your hormonal balance and that one should be careful before deciding to take. I would recommend consulting a doctor and getting a blood test to check hormones. That being said, my hormones were in the normal level; however with these I have less facial hair growth, better metabolism, normal periods, and less mood swings.Edit: I am still using this daily, and have noticed that it also helps with my chronic pain due to fibromyalgia. I have had no adverse effects. I tried the liquid once, and it is very awful. This price is equivalent to the amount I pay when I buy it at my health food store.

This isn’t just cramp bark, it’s got a bunch of other stuff in it, including vitex. Amazon shouldn’t allow supplements that don’t list ingredients.

These pills are miraculous. I have had debilitating cramps forever. I even considered uterine ablation, but the Dr said even that might not help with the pain. I bought an encyclopedia of herbal remedies and looked up remedies for cramps. Many of the herbs in this were mentioned there, so after trial and error with making my own tinctures I decided to buy a pre-made formula. If I remember to take these, I get my life back!! They're surprisingly strong, so I usually only take 1-2 total in the week before I'm due to start bleeding. If I take more than that it can delay my period or cause clumping (which seems harmless but I don't like it). I don't have any other side effects. I'm so grateful this product exists, I've bought it at least 4x and at my rate of use a bottle lasts quite a while.

I have been using this product for about five years now. I highly recommend this product if you have any form of PMS. About a week before my period, I get mood swings, tender [...], and cramping, this product helps me with all that.The product does have an odor (like black pepper) and tastes simaler, but it is well worth every cent you pay.

I have REALLY painful cramps so I started taking this about 4 days prior to starting my period. It really seems to help reduce the amount of Ibuprophen I take. I used to take 800mg of Ibuprophen every 3 hours but now I can wait about 4 hours in between doses on the 1st day and even longer on the 2nd day. I would recommend this product especially if you have to take a lot of Ibuprophen which is hard on your liver.
