Quictent 20x10x6.6ft 2 Zipper Mesh Doors Portable Greenhouse, Large Heavy Duty Walk-in Green Garden Hot House 10 Vents, Green Cover

We purchased the Quictent 10’ x 20’ greenhouse a couple years ago. The thing was a little flimsy and had no significant way to tie it to the ground. After a year it blew down ruining the fabric tent. We worked with their customer service and they gave us another cover for half price. We did a better job of tying it to Earth, but it blew down in a big storm a month ago. This time the frame was damaged. Quictent had meanwhile redone the frame and tent to heavier gauge material and couldn’t sell frame parts. So they gave me a new frame and tent for half off. I will bombproof the attachment to keep it on the ground. The new tent is heavier duty and the Customer Service - through email to “Milka” was really excellent for being on the other side of the planet Because of the value and our limited income we have many products from Quictent. Prices on their products fluctuate but are usually the cheapest on the market. They are improving their products and have real Customer Service.

I thought this was a different greenhouse than I ordered. Thought I had doubled checked to make sure this was not the greenhouse I ordered. Being it took over a month for me to open and sat it up, I would have sent this piece of junk back, but due to the time frame, I decided to give it a try. We drove 6 eight foot t post into the ground to sturdy it up, braced it from corner to corner in each of the four sections with rope to keep the roof from falling in, plus add 2 20 foot pieces of rebar at the top and tied the frame to them and the t post, it's still flimsy. The cover is a joke, stitched poorly, the velcro doesn't match up on the windows, the straps that hold the doors up are just plain laughable. The cover fits so tight that I'm waiting for the seams to bust loose or it tear because it's so, so thin. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this product! The same company makes a white covered greenhouse, that screws together, has a much sturdier frame with cross bars at the base of the doors and along the bottom so you can stake it down, this unit does has neither. Both greenhouses are about the same price so look for the white one, it's cover is thicker too and the doors open differently. As I bought the white one earlier this year and had been pleased with it, I THOUGHT I was being careful not to purchase this one, Don't let my grief become your grief! BEWARE of HOW you ORDER. BE SURE YOU GET THE ONE THAT SCREWS TOGETHER AND HAS BRACES ON THE BOTTOM ALL THE ALL AROUND.

Instructions were easy to follow and for the most part the whole thing went up in less than 1 hr. However, 1 pole was missing the snap tab & when moving a section one of the joint weld simply snapped. Thats when I noticed that many of the welds were either partial or just a starter tack weld. VERY WEAK welds all around so I advise be careful when moving the frame. I also had a few fit up problems as some of the poles were dented at the joints, which made connection difficult. I had to bend out a several openings to get the inside pole to fit.I am also disappointed that the greenhouse height at center roof pole to ground is only 6 ft 2 in, not the 7 ft it is advertised to be.Otherwise it is a decent simply to assemble greenhouse for a starter like me.3-8-22 UPDATE -I was contacted by the greenhouse maker within 48 hrs of my original rvw. They immediately offered to replace the entire unit or send replacement parts if needed. Since I already had the greenhouse up and in middle of modification, I declined replacement at this time. I did have to put a 1 ft lift on the unit legs to get it to the 7 ft mark from roof midline height. I sent many pictures of the problem areas/issues, as requested by the company. Very friendly to work with and they even issued me a 10% refund off my purchase. There are still a few issues with some of the velcro tie down tabs being sewn too far off to be usable and I sent this info to the company. I am still working on the square up of the unit so the doors at either end zip up more easily, its a work in progress......BUT KUDOS TO THIS MAKER. Their immediate response and willingness to listen to input from me about the problems I have is OUTSTANDING. Very pleasantly surprised and pleased. I will provide more updates if needed.
