Having not ever worn a pair of sissy panties before, I didn't really know what to expect when they arrived. I have worn panties of this material before, but not with a pouch. The sizing chart is accurate, so no issue there and the pouch is large enough to hold my package with CB6000 attached. I do have some concern about how soon the material will wear out in the area where the lock rubs. I may need to cushion it somehow.One item of caution for anyone purchasing this product: Hand wash with mild soap the first few times because the color will bleed.Overall, I am (and my Mistress is, thank goodness) satisfied with the product and we will be purchasing more in the future.

The cut makes the size a little bit large. I’m fairly well endowed and it is to large for me. But they feel great.

these run a little smaller than the others in this line. I am a 38 and these just fit. i understand that the 38 is not necessarily a proper fit... but a stretch size... but still.. others in the line have been fine.Even so.. still giving these 5 stars because they are sexy, comfortable, and most importantly sturdy. As i am sure you know... clothing in this line is often NOT very sturdy... and certainly not designed for the heavier use of a man. These are great for all day wearing.

Small fits like XL

I bought these for the shimmer effect and the hope that the pouch would allow everything to fit. Shimmer? Two thumbs up...love the color and the way they accentuate my hips. Material and quality is also *very* good and wearing them throughout the day is very erotic for me...also love the way it wedges between my cheeks without causing discomfort :) My only complaint (and it really is very minor) is the pouch is a tad small...but whats not love about seeing your jewels peeking around the edges?!!!
