Excellent taekwondo tutorials
I just received my two cd's and tried it out with my kids. I've never seen anything like it in the taekwondo tutorials. The kids are actually excited to show off their poomsae in class. They got to practice taeguk-3 and finally saw the detail in the knife hands because we were able to pause it and zoom in so they could fix their own hands. Very good product. Highly recommend this over any video or book.

DVD not even in English
The visual shows the forms, but with no instruction whatsoever and if you need English it is not there, not even a translation. I would recommend this to nobody. I am better off trying to learn from YouTube.
