Good value
A peanut ball was recommended by my physiotherapist for lower back pain relief in conjunction with other exercises. There are more expensive and cheaper products but this seems tough enough to cope with my needs…and grandchildren's play at a fairly low cost.

Bought this item for my disabled granddaughter she absolutely loves it , I turn her exercises into a game she don’t even know she is doing it lol however I sure do .

Disappointing
This peanut ball didn’t blow up evenly on both sides, which made it impossible to do any effective exercise. Very disappointing.
