Definitely not women’s should be toddlers
Tiny would only fit toddler or small child not a woman or teen! And states 4 layers but only 3 really dissappointed as waited weeks for delivery and no good at all.

Fitted well, good quality
Fitted perfectly, not the best quality in the world, but good for the price. Colour was good, length was what I expected and it fluffed up nicely. I am a tall size 10.

Although it will fit an adults waist it is far too short. Wouldn’t advise washing it either or it shrinks even more. It was cute at first though so if it is for a one off it will suit fine. Perhaps just wear shorts underneath.

Great for photos
Absolutely love this but you will have to wear leggings or tights because this bearly covers your rear end. The material is very coarse and stiff. I don't recommend washing it or getting it dirty. This is for my DeeDee from Dexter's Lab so it's great for me.
