The media could not be loaded.  Overall the Lutec Light Camera is pretty powerful comparing to the Ring spot camera as the LED light is much stronger as the Ring camera is powered by battery while this one is powered by 120V AC.  It might be a little bit tricky to install the camera light but as long as you figure it out, it definitely gives you a peace of mind. A few tips for you to consider during installation process: 1). It's recommended to use existing outdoor fixture so you don't have to spend extra time to drill hole or worry about the AC power source. 2). Depending on your existing outdoor fixture, you might have to buy additional screws/nuts (recommended #8-32 x3/4 inch which you can get from Home Depot for less than $2 for 8 sets although you only need two sets) as the screws/nuts included in the camera light don't work for me. 3). Please make sure that you use 2.4G only for this camera light --- if you have both 2.4G and 5G in your home wifi network, please name them separately so you can only connect the camera to the 2.4G to ensure successful installation. Just a side note, if for any reason your 2.4G WIFI doesn't work properly, please choose 20MHz as Channel Width and Channel #6 (works for me).   4). If you couldn't connect to the camera light, try to reset the camera or power off the camera for couple hours before you try it again. I was able to connect to the camera after powering off the camera light completely for couple hours. 5). Once you connect to the camera, it's pretty user friendly and you can view/talk through your phone to anyone in front of the camera. 6). Another good feature is to choose the Dusk/Dawn so you can keep the light on during the night time while keeping the light off during the day time but the camera and motion sensor stays on for both day and night. #7). Once the camera light is connected to the 2.4G in your home, you can switch your cell phone to 5G WIFI or cell phone carrier and you can manage the camera wherever you go as long as you have access to internet. Recommended buy!

Well constructed and sturdy. Unboxed, killed the power, removed old light and mounted up the new in 30 minutes. I really like the amount of adjustment available, and so do my neighbors. Huge difference over the halogen unit it replaced for less cost in electricity. The security cameras I have are poor at best in low light situations. Now when the motion is tripped it becomes daylight and the cameras have no problems. Across the street. Nice thing was I could easily adjust down and more toward the front of the house. The first thing my wife asked was "How soon can you replace the others?"

I bought this for the front of my house and it’s working great! It was really easy to install and it has lasted really well. The camera is great quality and it picks up on everything! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality camera!

I bought this camera for my restaurant , it’s easy motion detection. I only need 2 PCs screws fixed it on the wall.and one power line.the bubble are brightness.

The motion detection is great, it’s also very bright, and even when it’s raining I can get a good view of the outside when the motion detector is triggered. The installation process was pretty much really easy, and it was not a problem at all. Compared to previous garage lights it is very bright, better than other ones I’ve tried. I recommend this product.
