DanskinGirls' Convertible Tights

Tights are an annoying thing to buy. They never last with little girls and dance class no matter how well made they are so it's a little hard to rate them. My little girl is extremely rough on hers. The only reason I am able to accurately rate these is by comparison to another set I bought at our local dance store. I couldn't find these tights in the house one day so I had to go to the local store and purchase a second set for my daughter's dance class that night. They literally lasted 15 minutes on her before they had 2 HUGE holes in them. $14 down the hole in less than 30 minutes and she hadn't even gotten to dance class yet. Never buying those tights again. My daughter had these tights for 2 months before they got a hole in them. So I'd say they don't last forever but they last longer than the other brands and I like the holes on the feet so she can pull them up instead of walking on them after dance class.

My girls wear this type of tights to their dance classes, because they want to wear flip-flops to and from class. They love the holes in the bottom. They are good quality, and last as long as the other tights we buy.I'm giving them four stars instead of five because the color is a little dark for ballet pink. Also, they are tighter than described. There is no way a 14 year old would be able to wear these tights. My daughters are very long and thin, with ballet waists, and the tights are very snug, almost tight around them. They are 7 and 10 years old.So, I would recommend for a thin 6-9 year old, but not for anyone older, or with a average to large size waist.

Love these tights. They have outlasted all the other tights i have purchased for my daughter. I love that she can easily roll them up when class is over and can walk out with any type of shoe. All the other kids have to make sure they wear slip on shoes. My daughter can go in with flip flops and have no issues. They fit true to size and are the right pink her class requires.Only reason i gave it 4 out of 5 stars is that when she has them on right, the foot is a little too big for her size. They bunch up at the bottom, not the length. But its a minor flaw.

These tights fit my daughter well and are plenty stretchy for room to grow. They have held up well over the last 3 weeks of dance class and several washes. No snags or holes. Although slightly over-priced for what they are, I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else locally. I'll be ordering another pair soon as these ones are getting a little stained in the foot after lots of wear.

We were pleased with the softness and quality of the fabric but not too keen on the microfiber. I'm not sure how long the tights will hold up. We purchased these for practice (3 hours a session). They are not recital quality.

My niece was familiar with this brand and she needed it for my ballet, she simply loves it because it sturdy and I think she's is neat and because we also buy it online she made it last and doesn't throw it anywhere.

These are great, but extremely overpriced. I would not buy again unless I could not find elsewhere or I'm in a time crunch.Overall, great tights that do what we need them to do!

My 7 year old daughter wore these tights for the first time last night and found them very comfortable. She wore them in the regular position with her jazz shoes but did try them briefly rolled up and liked the feeling, but she has worn the footless type to ballet and jazz classes in the past. These are nice because she can decide which way she wants to wear them and change if she wants without having to go get another pair out and get redressed.
