My review is more about Amazon’s amazing customer service and the returns system than about these excellent shoes. I am writing this in the hope that anyone with any doubts about buying shoes or clothing from Amazon US can be assured that the level of customer service is still as good as ever.Having said that, the Rockport shoes were indeed superb quality, and I would have been delighted to keep them but, unfortunately, they didn’t quite fit me properly so I very reluctantly had to return them.When I printed off the return label, I noticed that the shoes had to be returned to Indiana, United States via UPS and that I also had to print and sign a Customs declaration. I was very concerned about this, partly because of the potential delay in receiving a refund but mainly because of the possibility of Customs charges so I rang Amazon customer services for advice.Amazon customer services were as superb as ever and their agent, Erwin D, was most helpful and sympathetic in reassuring me that Amazon would take care of all Customs arrangements (quick tip: you first have to tell the robot that you really need to speak to someone)I dropped the shoes off today at a local UPS Access Point, a local newsagent shop, and within an hour had received a full refund.Understandably, I am absolutely delighted and most impressed by the level of care I have once again received from Amazon; phenomenal!I hope that this review may perhaps go some way towards reassuring anyone who is at all doubtful about buying from Amazon US via the amazon.co.uk website. You really do not need to worry; Amazon always seems to have your back if you have any problems and/or you need any help at all.

These shoes were purchased from Amazon USA.The stated retail price is £175.00,however I got mine for the bargain price of £68.I believe the size I bought was selected for a discount.The shoes are really comfortable and good to walk on.Recommend.

I originally bought these shoes in USA and had hoped to get more when I next visited. So was extremely pleased to have got them here. Best shoes I have ever bought as I have problems with flat feet so have inserts in the shoes and they must be fairly sturdy to account for this. Best shoes ever and they look good both for casual use or if I need to have something a little smarter. Would thoroughly recommend.

I'm so disappointed my order because of the quality is not good unlike my previous rockport order is excellent.

These shoes are consistently high quality, comfortable and waterproof. I have used them for 30 years and they all wear very slowly and well.

Very well made shoe and just what I wanted but I have wide feet and while this was advertised and marked as wide fitting, UK 8 Wide, it felt like a UK standard width fitting. It was too narrow for me.
