I had tried several brands and settled on my favorite. However my preferred brand was unavailable when I needed to reorder so I purchased these as an option. I like them much better! They are very clear, smooth, easy to load and the comparatively lighter weight is less bulky in my albums. I’ve already reordered them.

I purchased these to put my recipe papers/sheets in inside of a binder. They aren't cheap, flimsy, or fragile. They have worked well so far.

I read a LOT of reviews on MANY page protectors. This was my choice for purchase and have no regrets. I thought maybe I needed a thicker type and was worried I may not be able to see the material inside without effort and wondered if the items would fall out b/c there wasn't a flap over the opening....My worries were removed when I received and started using the protectors.The main reason I use protectors is to organize cross stitch patterns or other articles (inc recipes) I wish to save. These protectors open at the top for easy insertion. After putting the article into the protector, I put the protector in a stand-up small file bag/case. The items inside do not come out. You can flip it upside down and nothing comes out. These are not stiff and are bendable but it would be difficult to bend one all of the way over to make a crease on the contents. The thicker protectors are very stiff and it is more difficult to see through. I do not use these daily therefore you may need a slightly thicker protector if planning on heavy use.

I got these for homeschooling purposes. I take the workbooks and break them down, put the pages in these pages protectors, and use with dry erase markers so I can reuse the workbooks for the next child.They are a bit thin, I worry about crinkling them, but they are a decent price. Some did come out of the box a bit wrinkled, but I just used those for the workbook covers.I didn't have any issues with opening these to get papers in, they were pretty easy to open with an occasional one that stuck together briefly.Since they are plastic, they can get a bit of a glare in light, but it's not terrible.I did find that not just anything will get the dry erase marker off these pages protectors. I highly recommend getting something like the Mr clean magic eraser as it is really good at removing the marker easily (don't even have to put elbow grease into it). Any excessive scrubbing will damage them since they aren't heavy duty, so they aren't super durable, you'd want a heavier duty page protector for that.So, if you are using these for homeschooling and dry erase markers, they aren't bad at all. But again, you will want something like a Mr clean magic eraser to clean it with ease (the eraser that came with the dry erase markers do not work well on these pages protectors at all).

If you want heavy duty daylong flipping pages it may be not the right product !!I buy those to protect a printed repair shop manual! I won’t open it every day (I hope!!)So for that purpose those sheets protector are perfect. They fit 3 ring binder and as thin as they are they will protect my sheets !So even if they are really thin and fragile it would do the job for my use. They are non expensive and perfect for non heavy duty uses!!For the price. Can’t beat that
