Very effective; very natural.
Sonne's 9A does work by itself but is most effective as intended when used with Sonne's 9, psyllium husks. The gusts provide an effective colon vacuum aided by the 9A which enables the debris to exit. I've sworn by 9 and 9A for over 20 years. Both are entirely natural. No chemicals.

No problems going with this stuff. IPop 6 in my mouth at bed time and then by morning it releases every thing with put issues or discomfort. Great product when doing a detox

Not for me
Sonne is a great company. But this, nope. Raw, awful feeling. The right food and fasting occasionally is better for me, but I wanted to give this a try as detox.
