ARMOR TOOL Locking Pliers - 10" Curve Jaw Pliers with Auto Adjust Design & Comfortable Grips - A10100G

I am a welder/fabricator by trade. I have used these daily for two weeks, and I really wanted to like them. The fact is, regular Vise-Grips are still far superior. You can NOT operate these with one hand!! Even if the tension is set correctly to your desired tension. One-handed, repeated operation is easy with Vise-Grips. The Armor pliers' jaws will not open at all with the normal range of motion of one hand. You MUST use two hands to open the jaws up enough to put any material in them. I gave them two stars because they do seem well built.

I have owned vise grips for over 50 years. These Armor grips have got them beat many times over. The Armor grips lock into place like the vise grips but I can lock & unlock these using one hand & they actually stay locked esier & longer.I am going to order 2 more for my sons that have used mine & loves it too.

So much easier to use than your standard vice grip. Yea, you probably have to use two hands to close it but who cares... it takes 1 second. Great product.

Wish this hand tool was invented back in the 70's, very easy to use and handle, I definitely recommend this product 👍👍😀.

Just what I needed for welding, works great with self adjusting clamps & no adjusting to do while wearing gloves

I love these! So much better than the old-style locking pliers. I've put all my other locking pliers in a box and stored them. Hope I never have to use the old-style pliers again.

these are awesome! they are a little heavy but usually quality made items are.
