Helps the neck muscles relax
Ten to fifteen minutes on this a day helps my neck to "let go." The recommended exercise, rolling the neck from side to side, is also relaxing and helps diminish neck pain. I like this one because it is adjustable; my neck is small and I do not need the extra platform. The wood is high quality.
