I got these for my sister. The first set didn’t work right. After contacting the company, I had a new set within a week that worked perfectly! They didn’t even require me to send the ones that don’t work back. A bit of advice: To connect to Bluetooth, unplug and plug in the lights 3 times and they will blink red, then you can connect to the app. I used the AP mode and it connected directly! I will definitely use this company again! Great customer service and products!

Used these around my kitchen island. No problems with them. The adhesive is really good. Had some troubles pairing in the app. Just add the device manually. Select the lightbulb icon. The app will ask if the lights are blinking rapidly. Just say yes even though they aren't. Then it should find the lights okay. This is what worked for me. Don't give up!

lights arrived on time and in good condition. Easy to attach... we made a pallet bed. However... when we read the directions that came with the lights, it was impossible to connect them to the app. Then, I realized in re-reading the Amazon site, you have to unplug the lights 3 times to put them in pairing mode. Save yourself the trouble and do that!Otherwise, happy with the purchase.

Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. Installation & setup is straight forward. Very easy to trim down the length. Easy to use & control with either the remote or by smart phone. Great integration with Google Home.Looks great as an accent light around bottom of bedframe and back of headboard. I definitely plan to buy more for behind my TV, bookcases, etc.I'll note that the adhesion is somewhat lackluster (especially on fabric, which is probably to be expected). I've needed to reinforce it with double-sided tape. It also doesn't look that great when viewed head-on. The individual LEDs are well-defined.That said, it looks fantastic when the strip itself is tucked away so that the light is only seen reflected from surrounding surfaces. Both of these issues seem pretty standard for most similar products, and easily overcome.For the price, I'm very happy!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Great lights, few connectivity issues with the wifi but by unplugging the the controller 3 times it will reset and you can connect to the devices WiFi hotspot for easy reconnect. Other than that, amazing performance when linked to Google home and I love the different colors.Lights are bright enough but aren't nearly as bright as those pictures portray.The strips are stupid sticky and I'm convinced they will adhere to any surface you stick them to.

Using it outside for the front porch as an integrated holiday lighting thing as well as a welcome light (white) during off season. It's super easy to install and handle - works flawlessly with the Smart Life app - quite easy to set up. It's very bright and offers unlimited color / brightness options as well as many scenes (flashing).The remote is good but needs line of sight of the recepticle to work so depending on where you plug it in, it may or may not be useless.Not sure if anyone needs this or not, but note that these lights are on series - the LEDs don't work independently, only in unison. Means that they don't twinkle like Christmas lights, they flash together. It may be a minor thing but if that's what you were trying to achieve, this will not work.

Used these for inexpensive cove lighting to add some details for my basement ceiling. Had a faulty control module with the initial set, but the seller replaced them without fuss after contacting them. Replacement works fine and looks very good for the cost. Remote control is simple and functional, there is also a smart home app that I have not tried yet but looks pretty easy to set up.One minor drawback is the included power supply is rather bulky and black. Since I have it mounted on my walls near the ceiling, they are kind of conspicuous. I'll see if I can find something smaller and / or white to replace the 12v 5A plug, but it's not a huge problem since it's perfectly functional.
