Q: How big is the head? Dimensions of head?

The heads on these are the smallest I have been able to find and work well with my cats. The bristle part is 1/4 inch wide and 1/2 inch long. The plastic part of the head is 5/16 inch across and 1/2 inch long before it starts to taper.

Q: What is the length of the brush?

The full length of the toothbrush id 6 1/4 inches. The bristle size is 1/4 inch wide by 5/8 inch long. Excellent tool, easy on the pet's mouth.
