RolliBot COOL310-19 310-19 Portable Air Conditioner, White

This is a truly smart air conditioner. It can be remotely accessed through Alex and phone app. Thus, I can control it even when I'm away from home. The setup is super easy which only took me 15 minutes to complete. Fair enough, this 12000 BTU works perfectly for my room and I'm really surprised by the fact that it is more than an air conditioner, it can be used as a heater, dehumidifier, and fan. With so many features combined, this saves a lot of space and money. I'm happy with what I got.

It definitely heats well. I am using this until I make my mind up for a room to do a mini split or replace the dedicated heat pump for it. The fan does stay on the whole time but that means it’s also filtering the air with the built in filters. Scheduling the operation hours from the built in interface, remote and app are easy. Wish the app would give days of the week scheduling capability. If it would have the scheduling of days or fully turn off between needs for heat/cool then it would be 5 star. Happy with the purchase and I definitely recommend for any room you’d like to have steady temps on. Sound is negligible.

I was going to leave it alone and not write A review because Amazon refunded the device and the agent was nice enough to call me down when I was laying them out because of my frustrations. But future buyers need to know.Firstly, the device came more than a month late although it said it was in stock and ready to ship. I even bought the extended warranty, however all Amazon originally wanted to do was return the device rather than even replace it. Furthermore, after the device finally arrived, thankfully I decided to test it. I say this because I bought another air conditioner from a different company after this device didn’t seem like it was to be delivered.After setting up the device it seem to work properly however it didn’t seem to cool The room equivalent to its description and BTU size. Thus, I turned off the device to let it relax and possibly defrost if that were to be the issue. After a couple of days I decided to grab the remote and see if that would help me control the device better. I noticed on the remote that only half of the screen worked and the other side did not show any numbers or indications, As shown in the pictures. Then, I hit the swing function button and The device seem to turn off the compressor and sort of restart or reset the temperature to factory. But, the flaps never swung. Furthermore I noted that they were not closing when I turned off the device. After manually closing the flaps they did open when I turn back on the device but after opening it seems like they were disconnected from the swing function and would no longer close or swing. The icing on the top came when I moved the device to see if there was something wrong with the filters or anything that I could troubleshoot on the back of the device. Not only did I find nothing that would help, I found a large puddle on the floor. No matter how much I would tighten the bottom outlet, there would always seem to be some leakage on the floor.Although the device looks very nice and seems like it comes with everything I would want out of an AC, it was a piece of crap from the beginning. I never even got a chance to test out the Wi-Fi function because I was too frustrated with the fact that the device didn’t seem to function as described or advertised. Furthermore, even outside of the advertisements, The device is on function buttons do not work properly. At best this is a fan that will occasionally cool but will not make an area cold. Which is ironic because on the box it arrived in it said it could be use for outdoor tents. It could barely cool a 100 square-foot room. Although I have been surprised from time to time at cheaply made devices in the past, this is one that I would worry about all that are made like it or even from this company.Thanks Amazon for finding my money, and I advise anyone who is thinking about purchasing this device to not do it to their self. All it will provide is headache, frustration, and inevitably a return/refund.

With this hot and humid weather, living in the city without ac could be miserable. I was happy to find this ac without walking to electronics store. It is very easy to put everything together and make it work. My room can feel cold within minutes, it also reduce the humidity in the house and reduce odor smell. The app actually was easy to use and I can precool the room before I got home which is really helpful. The unit does drain a lot water however it was easy for me to hook drainage and keep dry and cold.

I am so happy and so pleased with this A/C Unit. Me and my sister have been looking for a reliable A/C that did not cost a fortune. There are so many different kinds to choose from, it was overwhelming. We watched the video on this one and we knew this was it. It has all the options we wanted. We received it in 2 days good condition. It was as easy as the video. Put the hose attachment in the window. Connect the hose to it and the unit. Put it in a place as the video showed and turn it on. The remote and the screen on the unit are self explanatory. And I will set it up on my phone to operate it also. It was cold from the time it started and it cooled the room very fast. I am really pleased I found something I needed that surpassed my expectations. If you need a unit get this one. Even if the BTUs are more than you need. Get it anyway you won't be sorry.

Received this today & returning it. The hose is crap plastic and doesn’t fit without getting bent out of shape. Also it’s not cold not even cool. My hand should get a little cold when in front of the unit & I ran it for a few hours but the temperature never went down in the my room. I did like the app and how it work with echo. And it wasn’t very loud. But not that not worth keeping it over that.

I was very excited when this came to my door. It's packaged well and was very easy to open. I quickly noticed how cheap the plastic pieces were and it was all downhill from there. First the remote display didn't work. Then the window kit didn't fit my standard window. Then I noticed that when switching from fan to cool, the compressor doesn't always turn on. You have to restart the system several times to get it to work correctly. When it does kick on it's fairly loud (though i'm sure normal for these devices) and there is a constant plastic rattle on the inside of the device. I wanted to like this machine, and I wanted to be able to keep it but sadly I will be returning it. For the price, there are better ones out there.
