For me, it showed results within a week.
Like most people my age, I suffer from BPH, which means frequent nocturnal urination. I had been taking saw-palmetto for several months but had seen fair results. Within a week of drinking a daily Nettle Root infusion [while continuing saw-palmetto capsules], my nocturnal urination frequency went from 3-5 to 1-2! I would like to stress that natural remedies like this affect people to varying degrees and times for effectiveness to kick in. As far as the taste, well I add some Stevia and lemon juice to the infusion, and down the hatch!

Prostate positive results! (A cup of nettle tea will likely help you pee.)
This stuff definitely works for me. I drink a cup of tea in the morning and find it easier to urinate throughout the day. It does seem to have a diuretic effect, so the first couple of hours after that cuppa, I'm heading to the bathroom a couple of times an hour. Then things settle down to normal.The taste is very mild, almost non-existant. So, I couple it with anything kind of tea just for flavor.

Too soon to tell
The transaction was A+ for sure. Couldn’t tell you about the health benefits yet. Still way too soon to tell. But for the price, if you’re looking for NR. Might as well try it.
