Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Unrefined, 29 Oz

My wife and I use coconut oil for culinary and external body lotion purposes. This is the best of the 5 or 6 brands we've tried and the price is very competitive. I add a tbs. to my morning avocado smoothie and it adds a nice subtle coconut flavor in addition to heart healthy Medium-Chain Fatty Acids. Also, it adds a nice flavor to fresh salmon when used as a cooking oil at medium heat, the smoke point is fairly low so be careful with using it for this purpose

My daughter asked to try this on her hair after watching videos about this product. Decided to give it a try and all I can say is OMGOSH the difference this has made for her hair! After having issues growing back healthy hair from being damaged...we tried everything possible from professional products and never got the results we we're excited about until she used this! I love this brand of coconut oil, but the jar arrived broken and the oil is spilled all over the box. It’s saying it’s not eligible for return. Money lost!

I bought this to use as a night time lotion for my hands and for my hair. No, it will not get rid of brown patches on your hands, but it does help soften them and that makes your hands look better. I also used it on my hair to help with it's dryness. I melted about a 1/4 cup ( just put it in a cup and place the cup in some hot water and it melts very quickly) I put it on my hair and let it set for about an hour. I does take a little extra time to get it out, but it helped my hair and it a lot cheaper than the products my hairdresser has suggested. You can go online and see all the different uses you can use this for along with cooking. No, it is not a miracle item, but you can do the research and see what works best for you.

Like this coconut oil as has a light fragrant smell. Good quality oil.

This is the only coconut oil I buy after seeing how pleasing and consistent it is in taste. Plus the coldpressed part is important to me to maintain the nutrients. It costs more but is worth it to me because of the pleasant and consistant taste.

I love this CO and it used to come in a plastic jug. The new glass jar came today and was completely shattered! I went on to Amazon to rerun it and it said it was non refundable! I called and Amazon did refund my money.
