Q: Is this jasmine or rose? I see in comments that everyone is reffering to rose resin, and it says in the description this is jasmine.

Hello- I have purchased both rose & jasmine incense. This here is jasmine. The rose has more of a pink tone to it, whereas jasmine is white and gray. -Nico

Q: How do you burn this incense? I light it and blow out flame and nothing happens. Or I don't blow out flame and get black smoke and no scent.

Hello there! Hope this message finds you well. To burn this incense, you need to get charcoal. What I do is light a candle, then take something to grab the charcoal with, light it over the flame until it gets charred all around, or if it's a small charcoal, it will basically start working right away. Once you place the charcoal in a censor with the inward part facing upward, you scrape the top of the charcoal, then place one piece, or a few pieces of incense on top of the charcoal and press down with a spoon, or a like-tool, to allow the incense to stick to the charcoal. When finished with the prayer and use of this, then scrape the incense off the charcoal so it doesn't keep smoking. As long as there is still a charcoal, you can keep scraping a bit off the top to put another piece, or two, of incense to burn. Another trick I do to get the charcoal burning faster is to get oxygen on it quickly: I either light it and place in the censor and move it around, or light and place in the censor, and blow on it, and you will see it light up with an orange color.
