I've had this self inflating matt since 2019.It has done 5 festivals and several house guest stays (plus a spell when I was in isolation with COVID) since that time and I couldn't imagine using anything else.Cons - it is BULKY. I would probably struggle a lot to manage it on my own. We have a foldable festival trolley and it pretty much fills that on it's own. Also the process to roll it back up is like a work out, even with two of us. The bag it came in is pretty useless - it has a carry strap but you can't actually use it for that because of how the velcro works and the weight of the item.However all the above are small issues for me personally compared to...PROS - the comfort. Oh yes the comfort. Pretty much the whole reason you buy such a product at such a price is because you are wanting something that works and will last. This self inflating matt is like sleeping on a mattress topper. No cold floor, no feeling every lump and/or bump on the ground, no deflating overnight and waking up with your head and feet 2ft above your hips. It is blissful. For me personally all of the above cons are negated by the comfort level experienced when using this product. Anyone who has used it has said the same thing.While every person and experience is different I absolutely do not regret dropping so much money on one product - it gives a good night's rest when camping and that's what matters.

Very very comfortable. I think the instructions say to leave it 5-10 minutes to inflate itself, then blow in air if you need to... Hmmm. I left mine half an hour or so and it was fully inflated - fantastic. The clever one-way valves are great especially when it comes to rolling the mat up (look for online user videos) very easy. It's also light to carry and because of the foam core it won't transfer the cold from the ground like the air only mattresses will. The first time I used it I didn't close the valve properly and air started to escape, so make sure you push the valve over firmly to the 'Airtight' position.I'm 12st and my better half is 8st so we're not that big, but I doubt anyone would have any issues. If I kneel on it I don't really feel the floor, it is honestly as comfortable as a bed.... It's well made, a well known brand, and it will last for years... Just buy it and see for yourself, it really is fantastic.

Once you get the hang of inflating it was great. You can adjust the air in it to get the comfort you want. Had to let a little air out. It didn’t transfer the cold from the ground so started toasty the two nights in cold wet weather. Great investment and loved it more than my bed!

So comfy, can give it extra puff if you like it firmer or sleep on side a lot. Self inflated well, easy to use.Packing down is a bit less straight forward but just fold it a couple of times with the valves set to deflate.The bag is a bit flimsy for the weight of the double so make sure you tie the cords after pulling tight as the points at which the strap attaches to the bag are likely to start to tear, as mine did.

I bought a double and two singles. I've had no end of problems. The material is just too thin. You can damage it with your finger nail. Outwell don't want to know outside of the warranty period.

I read many reviews before buying as self inflating mattresses are a commitment if you want to spend a bit more. This for me is perfect, on the heavier side of life and 6 foot tall it does exactly what it says 'on the tin' open and leave and it's ready to use. The valves also have one way air flow which is ideal when rolling this back up, the air escapes and doesn't get back inside to then try to self inflate. For me it's a winner

Very comfortable

This is a really great camping mat if you want something comfortable, big and easy to use. The outwell valves make deploying it really easy and we had more than enough space on it. It's very comfortable and isolates perfecty. This mat isn't for carrying, as the packaging is rather bulky and the whole thing is very heavy. If you're like us and just carry it to and from the car, it's amazing. Can only reccommend.

Sie schläft sich super! Ich hatte keine Rückenprobleme!Das einzige Manko: man Brauch viel Kraft um die Luft wieder heraus zu bekommen und sie nimmt, auf Grund der Größe, viel Platz weg!

was soll ich sagen. is sie zu hart lass ich luft ab, is sie zu weich 1-2 atemzüge aufblasen. verliert keine luft 3 wochen gecampt damit und einfach traumhaft geschlafen

Noch nich 1Jahr alt und ca 10mal benutzt, haltet sie nicht mehr die Luft. Finger weg, sehr schlechtes Produkt!
