Beautiful coin!
Condition of coin was better than I expected! These half dollars are a must have in any collection, the price is a bit above market for condition. But, it’s also noteable, this product has free shipping & at least mine was in VG condition! Authentic silver according to my reader!

Expected a bit more
I half expected, for the price, to see a half way decent design. It could have been better. But what can I really expect for a used half dollar? Not the worst I have seen, but I had hoped for just a bit better. Could not read the date very well, and that's important to my grandson. But again, I've seen worse. So I would still recommend.

Beautiful Coin
The coin came quickly. It's just as stated, fine or better! Really beautiful coin! I'm definitely going to buy another one....or a few more! I don't get a discount or anything from this vendor, but they are my go-to for coins. Always satisfied with their products. I highly recommend them!

Decent quality, bleach contamination?
The coin was great and straight forward, but my package came smelling strongly of bleach, and bleach had soaked into the envelope holding the coin. Silver and bleach are not a good combo. I will try to post pictures of the blackened area. Still, silver is silver. Into the stack it goes.

Historic appreciation.
Coins like these act as markets in time. 1943 was chock full of memories for the taking. This adds substance, imagine how families used this half dollar. Kids had milk for their breakfast, pencils for school and maybe some penny candy. Money meant something to Americans as silver was tangible rather than useless paper wit the stain of debt.
