Wonderful
The electrician had a lot of trouble installing this. We had it in new construction and when we moved in the fan stayed on all the time. It may have been paint on the unit? I called AeroPure and they send a new part. Now it works perfectly. We love the automatic humidity sensor. And I appreciate the customer service at AeroPure sending us what we needed.One negative is that the technical support was difficult to get in touch with when the electrician called them. And as others have mentioned the installation instructions need a lot of help.

Great fan...super quiet
Fan is very stylish and extremely quiet. Very easy setup and install. We had a slight issue with wiring the night light instead of the main light but their customer support was very helpful during troubleshooting with contractor.
