I purchased this for the company that I work for. It looks just like the photo and it comes with stickers to put on the box. The drawings of the person wearing the safety goggle and earplugs is pretty hysterical. Also, we liked that there were holes in the back of the box so it could be hung up on the wall.

It does what it says it does. Only downside is that the picture of the woman on the sticker looks demonically possessed.

Paying $41 for a plastic box does not make me happy..
All we got 3 times is a plastic box, the glasses and ear plugs were not in the box. Paying $41 for a plastic box does not make me happy....
