Very good set of 2 rodhoid paper rolls to make my bienenstich and fraisiers cakes. So happy it makes pastry lovers' life easier. This transparent and plastic paper helps cakes to stay up straight and in place. 2 rolls equals 2 dimensions. one is 6 cm high the other 10. Length is big, they will last for a while. Perfect also for mousses or any cold desserts. The paper is not too thick. It is easy to use if u have a good pair of kitchen scissors. Unfortunately it is not biodegradable. Made in China.

I won't use it for desserts but for what I need it, it's perfect. It's really clear which its what I need and have the perfect thickness!

Very good

The material is soft and a little flexible. Not the hard/stiff plastic that I was expecting. But it held my mousse cake together. In the picture, you can see at the top, the collar bends inward. Would I purchase again? Yes. But I would still want to find something that wont droop or feel like I can stretch it.

I use for cakes like rasberry cake, carrot cake and red velvet cake. Also for make some of chocolate decorations.
