I received one pump that will not open up.

Love the product. I have purchased several for my kitchen & bathrooms.

Product is beautiful. However, for the price I thought I was getting a glass bottle not plastic. I need to read description better.

I dislike giving negative reviews, but this gel and lotion smell awful. I opened them up and put some lotion on my arms and had to take a shower to get the smell off. A few years ago a friend brought me the shower gel from her vacaton and I've wanted more ever since. (As a matter of fact, I had an asthma attack from the smell of it.) I know it's supposed to be the exact fragrance I had from my friend because I still have the old bottle with some left in it and the tag is still on it. I've been using it rarely so as not to use it all up because I love the previous smell so much. The bottles are very pretty but I cannot take the smell. So I just threw away $40 for something I hate. May I return it, please? I had to give it one star so I could post this but I wanted to give it no stars. I'm so sorry to have to write this because I hate to hurt anyone's feelings.

Soap does not have a "Freshwater Scent" or any scent at all. I am very disappointed with this product

20$ for a plastic soap dispenser...I thought it was glass and blue and was planning to use it on my kitchen sink for dish soap. It’s waaaaay overpriced nice smelling soap in plastic drugstore quality dispenser
