Montenegro (English, Spanish, French and German Edition)

Too big to use on the road, but it's an essential part of the planning of my road trip through Montenegro! Incredible detail, historic sights that don't show up in the guidebooks, a real lay of the land - even before you arrive. I hesitate to say it, as I tend to not believe glowing reviews, but I love it!

Excellent map with some useful information on places that may be of interest. Easily the best map of Montenegro we came across - even impressed some locals. Some good roads, however speed limits are low - 80 km/hr max, which may suddenly drop to 30 then rise to 70, all within 100meters. On the spot speeding fines & Police will stop you at random for no obvious reason. My first experience was just to say 'chow' & look at the view !!If you want to travel around & explore Montenegro - most worthwhile, then this is a most valuable aid.

Not all Europe sat nav maps cover Montenegro. Mine did not, but did not matter with this. Excellent detail, but then Montenegro not that big. What did help is distances between key points is given, so make a note of this, watch distance on car and never missed a turn. Drove over a lot of the country. Tip - enjoy the drive and keep to the speed limit - cops on look out for speeders.

If you're going to Montenegro, buy this map! Without doubt the best driving map available for the country. In a country where the roads are often small and poorly signposted (although generally of good surface, even high in the mountains), this map was indispensably useful and allowed us to explore some of Montenegro's incredible drives with confidence. Great country too.

Excellent map which is a must if you intend doing a lot of driving. Although it is very big, it has the advantage of having such a large scale. It is wise to fold the map according to your requirements when setting off eac day.We covered 850 miles in 4 days and we couldn't have done that without it. The detailed information given was excellent!

Nice clear map. Unfortunately some of the minor roads marked on it didn't actually exist, even as farm tracks over the mountains. As we were looking to explore we didn't want to stay on just the major routes. Actually found Tomtom was more accurate for the detail.
