I received damaged product and worst scenario is there is no return or exchange policy for this product. It’s really sad as this was a Rakhi gift for my brother!

The product though looks good from images given by the seller but the outer box was broken when I received the parcel and no outer cover was there. If you purchase something premium you want it to look premium. So work on your packaging its required your attention.
