Good spikes but it think I ordered a wrong size because of that it reduced my performance while sprinting but Overall I would recommend this one just be careful about choosing the sizes 👌👌

Like but spike nail are rusted totally and shoes quality was not so good and I know its carbonate nail but its *tail* should not should be dark carbon and actually rusted ..
