Love these banana bags, Perfect length to practice lower kicks that you can't with the shorter stubbier bags. The bag doesn't come with any of the hooks or springs needed to hang them up, but I couldn't hang it up for quite some time and so I was able to practice ground and pound and grounded elbow strikes while on top as the bag lay flat. It was still as intense workout of a workout. I was pretty happy I was procrastinating on hanging it up and to have learned another skill set. It was also nice to have a long bag that I could throw around until it was hung up.I used old clothes to fill the bag but be careful with filling the bag as if you don't push the clothes tightly in and if there's spacing between the clothing inside the bag, it will bend overtime if not immediately. This is what naturally would happen, but it's just much less of a hassle getting it done on the first try,Wouldn't recommend adding filling that are cubes or sharp is I would assume it would rip the bag on this banana bag. It all depends on the filling you use so just double check.Quality is top notch for the price, 5/5.

Like all of their products i've used, Fartex's muay thai bag is very good quality. The straps are very strong and built to last. All of the hardware is quality, and the bag surface is very easy on the elbows and knees. I was replacing an off brand bag that was super hard near the bottom. Body kicks punches and even uppercuts were like hitting concrete. Turns out it was filled with cheap sandbags (a big no-no) which had ruptured and I even found a few batteries in the stuffing. Ugh!Tips on filling: I used 90lbs of proclean recycled rags bought off amazon and they work well. I also cut a round piece of plywood that would just fit inside the bag. I stuffed the bag 4-5 different times, each time i'd put the plywood on top of the stuffing, then a dumbbell on top of the plywood and let it settle overnight. The next day i'd kick/punch a little to help the stuffing settle, then remove the plywood and dumbbell and add more stuffing. Plan on adding the final bit of stuffing a few weeks after you start using the bag - everything will have settled by then.

I was quite excited to get this filled however its really is a lot of work. Its worth it to do it right. Cut fabrics up so they will lay nice and you can create a firm bag. Scoop sand in often to fill pockets and give firmness.Its hard to find a good stand if you're not mounting this from a wall or ceiling. Most movable standalone stands seem to let the bottom touch the ground but that's not a bad thing as it keeps the bag from swinging.The bag itself seems to be made very well. The stitching and materials do not feel like they are cheap or cheaply done.Top Notch

Such a great bag, being able to through low kicks on this bag sets it apart from others, and the quality is second to none!

Bag is really nice. Unfortunately only a thin piece of plastic covering the bag and thin plastic postage bag was used to ship it. Bag was torn when it arrived. Obviously disappointed in the minimal effort made in shipping.
