Godsend! THEY WORK! THEY'RE GREAT!
I teach at a community college. Our department ran out of my lifeblood: ScanTrons. Bought these Sunday, December 1; they were delivered Tuesday, December 3 (free Prime shipping), in time for my tests on Wednesday, December 4. I held my breath and put them through the machine: WOW! PERFECT! Our machine is old and even with the "OEM" ScanTrons, I put them through one by one; these "compatible" ScanTrons, as others noted, are on thinner paper and a bit flimsy, so definitely do it one by one. Since I was spending my own hard-earned money and won't be reimbursed, the price was right. As for the students reviewing here and noting your professor wouldn't accept the "compatible" ScanTron, it could be that your instructor puts the OEM ScanTrons in a pile into the machine and these thinner ones will jam up the works. Just a caveat.

LOVE!
My university doesn't offer free scantrons. They sell packs of three for about $5. That's too ridiculous for me to comprehend. I bought this pack of 100 for $7.25 and all my friends inquired about them after. They are a generic brand, but they're E Lovas compatible, which is all I need. I don't care about the brand of scantron I have, as long as they work I'm happy. Some people told me I was crazy to buy a pack of 100 but I think it's the most practical. It'll last me my four years of undergrad, and I often give some away to friends who need them aswell. Professors always talk about how you can sell scantrons to people when they need them last minute, I don't agree with that- I'd rather give them out for free when I can. Scantrons are the equivalent of hairties. When you have an extra one on hand, you tend to help someone out if they need it. Other than that, these are great quality scantrons that WORK. You don't need name brand scantrons that's just ridiculous. I'd highly recommend this if your university doesn't give out scantrons for free.

They've been working for me.
I found these forms to be reliable and a true bargain compared to spending the outrageous amount that Scantron wants for their "official" product. To those who are having problems with these: 1) Make sure that students are using #2 pencils. Although I have found others will work, it can be hit or miss. go over a sample w/a #2 and see if it makes any difference. 2) make sure that all marks are dark and stay within the indicated rectangle. If the mark is too big, your grading machine will think they have marked 2 answers. Hope that helps.

Better value than your campus bookstore
My school's book store sells these for roughly $2.50 for a six-pack. It was really a no brainer to order these. They work just as well as any other version and it may also be worth it to split the cost with a friend because now I have more than enough to last me for my whole college career.

Perfect.
These are exactly as described: Scantron-compatible quiz strips. I order these a couple of times a year and love them. I have never had a problem with any of them. They are perfect for short quizzes, and even for the multiple choice section of a larger test. My most recent order was a rushed one when I realized I was a few short for an upcoming assessment, so the fact that the order was Amazon-fulfilled and arrived exactly when promised was very important to me. I recommend the product and seller.

Be careful which 882-E version you order!
I've ordered a lot of 882-E scantrons but by accident ordered 882 NE NUMERIC ones. They are identical to the usual ones but have 1, 2, 3, 4 instead of A, B, C, D. Not the biggest deal in the world but for multiple choice tests, it makes more sense to try to order the same format as the test is written.

These work great. Just a little FYI
These work great. Just a little FYI, after reading other reviews... The black alignment marks down the left side are the ONLY important markings on a Scantron. The green ink does NOT need to be dark for the machine to read the Scantron. The green ink is only for the student to see where they are marking the form. If the green is lighter than your "original" or "authentic" form, that's okay. If the black marks are not as dark (or darker than) the mark left by a #2 pencil, that is when the machine has trouble reading it.

Fast grading and scoring
The school doesn't furnish them any more, but I am not gonna stay until 6 p.m. everyday grading papers by hand when this "old" technology works great for me. I love the fact I can grade 150 tests in only a few minutes, they are marked with the correct answer, and scored so I can enter the grades quickly and most importantly - get them back to the students quickly. They love getting them back the next day! And I get to have them off my desk faster.
