Department 56 Christmas in the City Village Brew House Lit House, 8.11 inch

Adds a new feature to an old family collection.

I had never started this series of Christmas in the City, although I have the Dickens series. This piece is absolutely incredible with its detail. At night the light shines through the entrance and windows making it look so authentic like you are actually there. Stunning piece and so glad I bought it.

I decided to buy this piece even though all of my Christmas village pieces are from the Snow Village collection. I wanted a brewery and not an Irish pub. I think it works well in my village.

Great Dept 56 product from the old days.

I love old fashioned things because I'm old and I am well ya old so I like this sort of stuff now and before it was only my wife's hobby but I've slowly morphed into an old man/woman hybrid

In keeping up with Michigan, my village now has it's very own brewery. Very nice details and fits in to our village perfectly. Was shipped quickly and packed securely so there was no breakage.

This product is a Factory Second (reject) sold at full price. The sign on the front of this "Christmas in the City" building is upside down. I sent it as a gift and was surprised to discover it was defective. Very unhappy.
