Godiva Chocolatier Assorted Dark Chocolate Truffles Gift Box, 12 pc.

Bought this for a birthday gift and right off the bat was so impressed that it was shipped with cooling packs to protect it from the Summer heat! I bought some Kit Kats and they weren’t packed the same way and they came all melted together in a lump. I guess there’s a difference in the quality of what you buy. The Godiva chocolate was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

WOW! We are impressed. Especially the 103 year old great grand mother for who received this fine Godiva item was a gift. When I ordered it I was concerned it might not make the trip through the shipping system intact and without becoming a molten mess. To our surprise and delight, the package made it all the way from Kentucky (the return address on the package label) to us here on Windward Oahu, Hawaii. The upper and lower layers of semi-liquid cold packaging were still cold (not frozen, which will damage chocolate just as easily as radiant heat will). The aluminized, Mylar coated and quilted bubble overpack envelope was still sealed air tight. The pristine gift box, including the delicate ribbon and its bow were in perfect condition. Our dear friend was very delighted. Thank you Amazon and Godiva! You made a wonderful lady's day. . .

These may seem a little pricey, but once you taste them you will know the difference. If you don’t like chocolate, this little box of joy is not for you...go get some skittles or something. I ordered this in the winter when it wasn’t like 115 degrees outside and was happy when they arrived in good condition.

This was the second time I ordered this item and 2 of the truffles appeared melted. Look like they were put in the box while the chocolate center was cooling. My friends n I will continue to purchase this item even though we decided not to eat the 2 truffles that looked like the had been handled. The remaining truffles were blissful as usual and no one got sick.

The item is Godiva Dark Chocolate Truffles. I have eaten these for years and can say these are as advertised. They are fresh, no sign of being old. Would order again.
