I have to admit, I’m guilty! This is my favorite old time candy. I couldn’t stop eating it!

They haven't changed!
My sister and I were reminiscing about the candy from our era and I mentioned the "flying saucers" as we called them. We had forgotten about them for years. I found them on Amazon so of course I had to order them. My 20 year old niece loves them!!! Oh the memories ☺️

Nostalgic FUN
Just like I remember them from when I was a kid. It's hilarious that we used to argue about whether or not the wafer was edible (of course it is). As kids we used to think it was styrofoam or something...then someone would eat one and everyone else would, too. What else can I say about them? Each one is filled with colorful sugar BB's with no real specific flavor. They say "filled with assorted candy beads" on the bag, but the "assortment" must refer to the colors, not the flavors. If they had different flavors, I sure couldn't tell. Then again I wasn't taste-testing each individual BB, either.

Arrived in perfect condition, weirdly tasty, though slightly overpriced
My kids and I really enjoyed these for some odd reason. They're kinda similar to communion wafers that the priests give out during mass. As cute as these candies were, there could have perhaps been a little more candies in each bag or at least a little cheaper. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider buying these again as a gift for my kids.

Stale
Disappointed that they were stale.

Just like the penny candy I bought 65 years ago for 1 penny.
Reminded me of my child hood 75 years ago when candy was 1 penny. That was my favorite candy to buy.

A decent treat, but could be fresher.
These candies are absolutely a throwback to my childhood!!! I was slightly disappointed in the taste or freshness of these however. The sugar balls inside were very good, but the wafers themselves were sort of stale, or got moisture in them somehow. They just weren't crisp enough. A local convenience store also sells these and they are much better, albeit much more expensive.
