Bought this as a first hat for my girlfriend and I was impressed, overall, by the quality of the hat... considering the price. Keeping that in mind, the 5 star rating is based upon quality at THIS price point. It's not a Stetson or some other higher quality brand, but if you want a serviceable hat at an introductory price, this seems like a great deal.

I ordered this for my boyfriend and not knowing the right size for sure I ordered large. It was just a tad big but the wide band inside made it fit like a glove. The only thing I would change is the way it was packaged. It was set in a big box and being a straw hat they break easily. It was bent where it had been snugged down to fit in the box. It needs to be in a box where it can sit flat with a live of cardboard to help ho the shape. He was able to steam it and regain The shape. It’s a beautiful white hat just as described. I plan on ordering another. The white is hard to find

Great hat but wished there’s was a mid size available. Purchased in a l/xl because the measurements for the s/m seemed like it would be too snug. If there was a just a m/l option I think I could give it a 5 star. Hat sat fine but was just slightly big.

This is described as a straw hat. But, his hat is clearly plastic with cloth glued to the outside of it. Poor quality and just plain tacky.

Is advertised as: Elastic, Canvas, Felt, and Straw. The hat is plastic to the touch. The style looks good, but the material is not what I expected. I thought I was getting better quality by spending a bit more.

This cowboy hat was way better than expected. Reading some reviews I was a little scared to purchase, but I needed a cowboy hat asap cause I’m going to a rodeo and didn’t want to spend a lot of money on one . So I jumped the gun and just bought shipping was fast and I’m really happy that I bought it hat was in perfect condition and fit like a glove purchased small/medium. So if you’re looking for a cowboy hat and don’t want to spend a ton of money a must purchase. 👍🏽👍🏽
