Works great if you take the time!
So this works well if you use half a graham cracker and slice the marshmellow so it's super thin. I actually bought 'smore marshmellows' which are thin already so you don't need to cut them. Anyway, make sure the smore maker is tight to the smores when you close it up. If the cracker slides around, it becomes a huge mess! Also take it slow!! Even if everyone is waiting for the smores to finish, take the time. Otherwise, nothing melts and the cracker is burnt! A nice variation is to use Hershey's small bars - the Krakel, Mr. Goodbar ones.

Works like you hope it will. Shove it in the dishwasher when done. Strong.

Is a fun item when cooking out. Holds the s'mores together well. It's nice that u can make more then one at a time.

It is a great idea and it really does create a tasty s'mores! The only problem is that the contraption can fall apart and the slidebar holding it together can slide free causing everything inside to fall out. But when it stays together, its awesome!

Yummy s'mores!
This is a really fun way to make s'mores on an outdoor fire! Three at a time really makes it easy to please the kids. Yummy!

Disappointed
We love campfires and cooking smores - and had high hopes for this item. Unfortunately we have been a bit disappointed.The hinge on the end causes issues with the S'more closest to it. You end up having to smash that one down in order to fully close it. You inevitable break the graham crack on that one. That was using regular size marshmallows like you always use on S'mores (not those new gigantic ones).For me - the best part of S'mores is the burnt marshmallow - in this case, your S'more is surrounded by graham crackers (which get a bit crips, but not great) so the marshmallow never gets that nice campfire taste. It does melt and the chocolate melts but it just isn't the same.We ended up going back to the old fashioned tried and true method of roasting the marshmallow and putting the S'mores together ourselves.Unfortunately I can't recommend this - feels too much like a gimmick, not a really useful tool.
