I give my highest recommendation!
I am reading THE OXYGEN REVOLUTION and just as soon as Dr. Harch mentioned DOC, I WANT MY BRAIN BACK, I immediately ordered my copy. Amazon Prime delivered it yesterday, and I finished it last night. This autobiographical story flows better than a good novel. From Harch's honest confession of his vision of the future, thru the tragic scuba accident, then the maze of medical mis-management, and the betrayals of our legal system---I could personally relate to all Greathouse's agonies and rejoice greatly for HBOT and God's healing hand! Did you know that all generations from Adam to Noah lived to be around 900 years old? Some theorize that the earth's atmosphere before the Great Flood was higher in pressure with greater oxygen content! Maybe!!! [Lol!!] HBOT works because of our Creator!!!!Mr. Greathouse inspires my hope for a revolution in mental health care. How about that! The victims of state mental institutions rarely get opportunities to give the insider's view, with the credibility of Greathouse. Mental illness has little respect in our country; psychiatry is the only medical specialty who fails to look at the organ they treat. [quote from Dr. Daniel Amen] I anticipate the day when high resolution SPECT imaging is standard psychiatric care. And I want to see psychiatry move from treating symptoms of mental illness, to going deeper to find the causes. Has anyone tried HBOT for bipolar or schizophrenia? I'm sure they want their brains back, too!

People do need to read this book.
I hope my TB injured niece will read this. She was in a horrific accident and thankfully has done well but needs help with her anxiety and anger.

Amazing Book!
This book is actually written by a school friend of mine from High school, but even it weren't I would still love this book. It is one of the most moving, informative books I have ever read. It is a true story of a courageous man's journey back from a traumatic brain injury.A must read!

Fascinating
Very well written. Reflects what medicine has become today. Good information along with entertainment. I would highly recommend this book.

Recommend
A truly firsthand look inside what living with a brain defect is like. Well written in layman's language. This is not a medical book. This is one man's experience told by him.

It was great to know that you can be helped
I know Dan as he lives in the same town I do. I never knew about this kind of thing and did not know he went through this. It was great to know that you can be helped.

Excellent and informative
This book will save lives, literally. It thoroughly documents one man's journey through psychological and physical hell and back. But all of it could have been prevented with proper diagnosis from the beginning. Read this, save a life.
