Smart Drugs II (Smart Drug Series, V. 2)

Very good book
I've used Phosphatidylserine for decades, recommend it to my friends. After about three days very difficult tasks become easy. Piracetam is incredible stuff for certain personality types if you are male. Myers-Briggs NT or SF personalities use both halves of the brain. Males lose the cooperation of the hemispheres at puberty. I'm NT. Some piracetam got me back all the talents I developed in childhood. I started writing poetry, could recall the names of kids in my first grade class, planning and executing plans became much easier... I just moved, am assembling my desk in the new digs, going to re-read this book to make sure I'm not missing some part of life.

This is not a modern book at all
This is not a modern book at all - I think it was written at the very dawn of he idea that Alzheimer's and dementia could be improved by drug therapy. It is scientific, however, and clinical for those with an interest.

A very good book for beginners
Nootropics have allowed me to pull my grade point average from a 3.2 to a 4.0. Obviously none of these drugs will completely overhaul your intellect, but they can make a huge difference if you are healthy and simply lack the ability to concentrate on your work. Nootropics simply offer that little kick of energy and concentration that makes all the difference. As always, be careful. Some nootropics can be dangerous, most however are harmless. Just be sure to check medline and rec.drugs.smart to make sure there are no really dangerous side effects from whatever it is your considering taking. If you feel you aren't ready check the safety of things, and accept perhaps a bit of risk, then this book isn't for you.And remember, Nootropics don't offer a "free lunch"; you'll find yourself sleeping a bit more heavily after having really exerted that mental muscle that is your brain!

Avevo aspettative alte per questo libro.Una delusione, forse non sarebbe stato così se l'avessi preso anni fa. Contenuti facilmente reperibili su internet.
