Very helpful to separate problems from children's identity.Really playful ideas to work with them and with their families.Non pathologysing/not blaming approach,It has a chapter that talks about doing "documents" with children about how they defeat the problem, sometimes in a way of certificate, others like a story with pictures and all. In this, the children share what was useful and how he/she was able to live in a more preferible way.Is very good because children can speak their own voice, they have skills and ways to solve problem that usually go overlooked and without atention.

This is a great book for counselors and therapists who work with children. It has both a narrative and solution focused approach to helping children overcome their problems. I like the way it helps adults relate to children on their level - the level of play. A book all school counselors should have on their shelf.

This is not what I expected, I'm a consulting hypnotist, and this book is meant for a therapist or psychologist. But it's got some good information for the children I work with.
