Delicious and healthful peppermint tea
This is great with dessert, after a meal to aid digestion, and anytime you want a hot cup of herbal tea. Peppermint is nice for an upset stomach, or to aid in digestion.

There is something about a good peppermint tea, especially one that is caffeine free!! Before bed I really enjoy a cup of tea and lately it has been my caffeine free peppermint tea from twinings! It is so refreshing and calming before bed. Also, I can not say enough how convenient a k cup version is of fantastic tea.

It is what it is - peppermint tea. If you own Keurig and tried to make tea before - you know that it comes out STRONG. That is exactly the case here as well. Mouth goes a little numb with peppermint, but it is very nice :)

Good tea!
I love mint tea! Now that I have my mint tea in K cups, I can enjoy it more often. This is a good tea, and excellent for a cold winter night, while sitting in front of the fireplace wrapped in a warm blanket!
