Bought this as a christmas gift and while the length is fine the turning "button" on the brush doesn't move. Tried the recommendations from other reviews with no success.

I got this after my current scraper broke during the last snow storm. I haven't been able to use it yet but everything seems good and it has a long reach for a SUV or truck.

Locking mechanism for the brush appears to be rugged which is what usually breaks on other snow brush's.

People complain that they struggle to rotate the brush on this. All you do is hold onto the bar and not the brush head when pressing the button. Works great. Very sturdy.

Purchase this because an SUV is the plan for next vehicle...and old brush was worn out. Like the way brush can be rotated..just had to do when in the middle of a snow storm and cleaning the car windows.In the state of NJ it is a TICKET for not clearing snow from the entire car....this made it a breeze! 60 inches is about 3 times the length of my old one...that I kept in car for emergencies. This Monster Swivel Brush is awesome!Swivel brush head and in a few pushes..entire car top, hood trunk, windshields and windows...DONE!

My kids got this scraper for my wife for Christmas 2018. After she opened it, we couldn't get the brush head to swivel. It's stuck in "straight mode" with the brush head in line with the shaft rather than perpendicular.I contacted the manufacturer (it was more than 30 days since I had ordered on Amazon) and they responded quickly asking for pictures to confirm the model. I sent pictures and waited for a while (I don't remember how long... two weeks?) but didn't hear back from them. So I contacted them again and received a response from the same customer service guy. He again requested pictures. I again sent pictures (as well as a separate email without attachments saying that I had sent pictures). He again didn't respond after.I found the brush behind a chair in my den yesterday. It's never touched a car window or a single snow flake. It hasn't even been outside since it arrived brand new in its packaging. Sure, it could be used as is but my wife is 5'4 and not strong. She would have a difficult time brushing Michigan snow from her SUV windows having to sweep side to side with the brush stuck in straight alignment. So behind the chair in the den it stays, I guess.A brush with a working swivel head may be a 5 star product but apparently I'll never find out. So it's a 1 star rating from me.

I am only 5' and have to push snow off of our Dodge 3500 diesel truck. That is not easy! With this tool, I am able to adjust the length to push it off the windshield, hood and most of the cab top. I am unable to use the scraper for anything but the side windows due to lack of a good leverage to scrap the windshield itself. But that is more of my problem than a defect on the product. :) Turning the angle of the bristles was very hard to do the first time. Had to get the hubby to help with that one.
