I’m having surgery soon and needed a cover up. After reading reviews I got a size larger than I normally get and it fits right, so they run small. The material is something I’ve never felt before and it’s only slightly heavier than a paper gown at the doctors office. It reminds me of Tyvek a building material they put over the outside of houses before putting on the siding. I washed it afraid I had purchased one that the reviews said the collar came apart with washing but it was intact. For just a cover up it’s fine. But I’d rather have something better quality to last longer. This just doesn’t seem likes it’s gonna make it. The color is beautiful and snaps are good. It just feels flimsy. After washing it and wearing it the robe is surprisingly sturdy. The snaps are strong. I got cool today and it was cozy to wear. Oh and the seller was great. I had no problems with my order. It came on time as promised. I would order from them again.

UPDATE: Problem solved as of late July 2019? My mother asked me to order one more. She reported that when she checked the new garment the hems that were a problem before (noted below) now had extra layers of stitching. After laundering everything stayed intact. So I have amended my rating and repeat that the price point for a housedress with fabric this nice is a great value. And especially for seniors with limited mobility it's great to have a few of these on hand.Ordered two of these for my mother who lives in these "housecoats" in the summer. The fabric quality and design are excellent for this type of garment, fits as expected and the colors look exactly as represented in the Amazon photos. We ordered both the green and blue in this pattern. The fabric feels nice - a nice lighter summer weight but it is not transparent.The drawback as others have mentioned is the thread used on the seams is lesser quality than the fabric. After laundering the seams came loose in several areas, mainly the sleeve hems. We chose to spend a few minutes quickly reinforcing the seams ourselves. Even with the flaw we feel these dresses are worthwhile, as you would easily spend twice as much or more in a retail setting. A quick fix and they should last nicely and look great.

My husband and I were cosplaying as Grandma and Grandpa Deadpool and I needed a house dress to complete the look. This was perfect. Easy snap buttons up the front, nice sized pockets to hold all the candy that grandma's carry. The material was a little stiff but once I washed it softened up. A great house dress and Grandma Deadpool was a hit.

My daughter dressed as an old lady and this was perfect!

This house coat is three steps above paper. At least if its wet, you can't see through it. What a waste of money, it went right in the trash.

This was purchased for my grandmother and while unfortunately the wrong size was shipped it was of great quality. The seller and Amazon wasted no time with the return. Very good customer service

I bought two of these house dresses for my 93 year old Mum and she has been enjoying wearing them. She finds them easy to put on and comfortable. They look nice and work well particularly on warm Summer days. They have been particularly useful recently as she has been shielding and not able to leave her flat.

The quality of the material is good but the sewing and finish is shoddy. Lots of loose threads hanging of the garment.

Good dress for my elderly mum in the very hot weather, but extremely poorly finished.

The material was of very poor quality.
