I bought this as a gift for my mom's Mother's day. I am telling you it is a game changer. Due to covid and spa's not being open. Pros 1.The facial steamer is easy to set up and operate as with the use of the instructional guide 2. The steam that is is exerted is just at the right temperature, which makes it relaxing and helps with opening up your pores after exfoliating your face. 3. It comes with little tools and a headband that helps with your whole facial regiment. 4. It is quite neat and easy to travel with. Cons. Wish the mouth opening was a bit wider, however, it gets the job done and is quite effect I am very pleased with the quality and service of the facial steamer, it is the best gift you can get for yourself to add to your beauty routine. Highly recommend. Please remember to moisturize your face after use with your favorite moisturizer.

It says don't go past 5 ml of water, my husband accidentally added too much & it spat out big droplets of water instead of steam & ultimately burned him. It doesn't last no more than about 5 minutes then you'd have to refill it again. It would be perfect if the water container at the bottom was larger so it'll hold more water & burn for longer but you get what you pay for. It's okay for temporary use or just wanting to try facial steaming. But it wouldn't be something I'd let my teenager use, just because they don't follow instructions too well & may add to much water & potentially burn themselves.

I like the design and how it works. You dont need have your face stuck inside to get the steam. When you use 50 ml of water, it gives you around 8 mins of steam. I gave 4 stars coz the outer gets heated and sometimes i feel a bubble of boiling water. It happened just twice when i used it for like 5 times. And just 1 small drop. It still hurts. But overall i dont see any issue and its great to use either while watching a movie or talking to someone.

For the size and price, this emits a good amount of steam. I actually used it for steaming my curls back into place as it showed on a Tic Tok video and it worked. I have yet to use for my face but, with the amount of steam it emits I am sure it will work well. It is the perfect size for me.

The facial steamer was easy to put together and is easy to use. It heats quickly with minimal water to operate. Once the facial steamer is complete, my skin feels soft and has a visible glow. You will not regret this purchase.

This is possibly the worst product of all time… It’s dangerous and destructive… I turned it on completely as directed, and it started bubbling up and burnt my face with boiling water, splashing all over me on my chest and on my arm… I have photos to prove it. I turned it off. It kept bubbling and burning as it spilled over the edge… Again, I followed the instructions perfectly. I would like a refund for this product immediately it was the first time I’ve actually used it even though I bought it back in June last year it’s the nano ionic Facial steamer, and it needs to be taken off the Amazon site.

Every household should have one of this. I use to when the family has cold. I put mental crystals in and it helps with stuffy nose.

The top nozzle broke and the steamer started leaking within few uses. Very bad quality build and it literally steams only for 5 minutes. DO NOT BUY! Total waste of money.
