I don't like tying knots. I really want to like these. But they are difficult to handle. They are so small it's hard to get a grip on them to clip and unclip. I have to use my fishing pliers. If you're good at knots, don't bother.

I always use the mustad fly snaps without a problem, I give a try the Rompin brand because of the price and in the photo they look good, but they didn't work well, they didn't resist a 1 pound trout and I lost 2 flies (and 2 trouts), the snap bends and you lose both the flies and the fish. I order the 5.5mm snaps and the size and quality look good, I did catch some trout without a problem but I'm not confident of use them again

Handy for quick change. Small size a little hard to attach hook. Overall good purchase.
