Perfectly seasoned, easy to use - even on electric stove (not ideal, but doable), just warm it up well and cook on low, so each fish cooks through. Makes taiyaki nice

I ordered for “New” but this looks like a return or possibly used...The pan itself looks functional, but the box is torn, and there is residue near the screws and on top of the pan. I was intending to gift this to a friend so I don’t think it’s ok for me to just try and clean it when I don’t know who had this before. I will return the item.

A little heavy but good quality. Cannot be opened 180 degree.

Definitely not new, box has hole, sealed tape was broken, plastic bag was in one end of the product looks like someone tried to pull plastic bag off the product and that's how it looks when I took it out of the box, the metal piece in the end of the handle to hold top and bottom handle together is off place, not locking properly, very disappointed. One star for fast shipping and easy return.

直火用となっていますが、我が家のパナソニック製IHで問題なく焼けました

業務用ではないのでこの焼き型自体にいろいろ問題があります。まず180度開かないので双方の型に同時に生地を流し込む事が出来ない。またテフロンは嫌いなのでこちらを選んだが都度油を型に塗って馴染ませる必要があり効率が悪い。連続で作ると必ずくっついてしまい剥がすのがかなり大変である。他にもいろいろあるがコツを掴むとうまく作れることがわかった。

テフロン加工されていないものが欲しかったのでこちらを購入。想像はしていましたが重いですが、付属のレシピでじょうずにたい焼きが出来ました。手入れしながら大切に使い続けたいと思います。

Very easy to season and use. The pan was not intended for a ceramic/glass top electric stove, so I had to use a measuring cup or other kitchen utensil to keep it level. The results are delicious and beautiful. Every Iwachu product we own has been great so far.
