I was seeking out Clairol Loving Care that had no peroxide. They stopped making it in 2009-10. Never damaged hair. This one claimed to be the replacement. Whereas Clairol Loving Care Beige Blonde (70) was very light, and covered white and whitish gray very palely and naturally, this one turns hair more of a medium yellow, just like box pictured. I bought to find a replacement for Loving Care Beige Blonde. Was disappointed in the yellow. Either way, it only covers white hair; it doesn't lighten. I may try again, and leave on a shorter amount of time (I would leave LC on long).

Great for light blonde fading hair with white coming in. It gives my hair a really pretty beige color which I get a lot of compliments on. If I am in a rush to go out I actually put some on my hands and blend in my hair and leave it in. Works great that way too! Love this product!

My hair is blonde going to white, after applying Cosamo Love Your Color it turned my hair a super bright yellow, had to purchase some purple shampoo to neutralize the yellow, after many shampoos with that I've finally got it back to the way it was, might work for others but it's sure not for me

I was using the Clairol brand of this type of product (“Loving Care”) until it was no longer available in the U.S. Then I found a company that was importing it from England. Same stuff made by Clairol but a different name. After a while that was not available either, so I bought this Cosamo online from Nationwide Campus on the East Coast. (They give great quantity discounts.)This product does the job for me. I’m a senior with lots of gray in what used to be my fine, straight naturally blonde hair. Permanent hair color damages my hair because of the peroxide, so I like that this is applied and then just washes out gradually with each shampoo. No roots problem! This lasts me for about 9 shampoos. Someone mentioned in their review that it turned their hair lavender. I actually found that the Clairol did that to my hair more than the Cosamo does.By the way, I bought this because it’s called “Beige Blonde.” I never would have purchased it if I was going strictly by the photo on the front of the box. It is very unrepresentative, in my opinion.Four stars instead of five because this product is very runny, and you need to be careful applying it or it will drip down your face and neck. Also, the conditioner that comes in the box is pretty worthless compared to the Clairol one.One more thing - I don’t just rinse it out after applying it, I shampoo it out so any residual product won’t stain my towels.

Did not do anything to my hair color!! Will not buy again.

I had great hopes for this product but was sorely disappointed. I used this product exactly as the instructions said. My hair is very much so Lavender/Purple colored! I wrote the CoSaMo Love Your Color and asked if there was anything I could do to prevent my hair turning purple when I use this product. No one has answered my request.
